I have read and understood the camp information and agree that my camper and I will abide by the stated regulations and procedures. I understand that my camper needs to be a currently registered Girl Scout and that there is a $25 nonrefundable deposit plus transaction fees for each session that my camper attends. I understand that I am responsible for getting my camper to camp and picking her up on time. I give my permission for my camper to attend and participate in all phases of activities (except those noted), including off-site travel when it is part of the program. I understand that when participating in Girl Scout activities, participants may be photographed for print, video, or electronic imaging, and that those images may be used in published formats and belong to the Girl Scouts.
If the camper has elected to stay overnight, I/we grant permission to attend the overnight at Conestoga Day Camp on Thursday evening of the camp. I/we verify that she will be comfortable in an outdoor overnight environment away from home, and confirm she is entering 5th grade and higher in the Fall. - Waiting List – If registration is full, you will be given an option to be placed on a waitlist. As openings arise, we will notify you that we can move your information over to our registered campers. We fill camp openings through the waitlist.
- Refund Policy – If plans change and your Girl Scout can no longer attend Conestoga Day Camp, please notify lwalljasper@gmail.com ASAP and before March 31st. We process a refund of the registration fee, bus, and overnight fees less the $25 deposit and processing fees from Cheddar Up. If it isafter March 31st, the refund can be processed only if we can fill the vacancy from the waiting list. Please NOTE: We cannot refund any VPC, but we can apply it to next year’s Conestoga Day Camp.
- Adult Volunteers are needed in order to make camp happen! Join the fun and register now to help for the whole week or 1-3 days. If daycare is a barrier to volunteering, our Pixie/Ranger unit is for the children of volunteers. Potty-trained children (girls up to age 5 and boys up to age 10) are welcome to experience camp in a unit designed just for them!) Register your Pixie/Ranger when you sign up to volunteer. Adult Volunteers and Pixie/Rangers ride the bus for no cost.

- If you indicated that you have VPC, we will process that with the Girl Scout Council office and let you know your balance. Your balance can be paid either by check, or we will generate a PayPal invoice for you to pay with a Credit Card. PayPal Invoices will be generated once a day M-F.
- If you indicated you will be applying for a grant, the $25 deposit is required at the time of registration.

- The Grants for Camper form and proof of income(people usually send the first two pages of their tax return) can be emailed to GrantsFA@girlscoutstoday.org
- The Council Grants Office will contact me to make sure your camper is registered and that the deposit has been received.
- If you are paying with VPC or only paying the deposit for grant purposes at this time, be sure you indicate you will be paying by check so that a PayPal Invoice may be generated for you.
