Unlike years before, the initial payment invoice is manually done. I will process them in batches once a day (M-F).

If I seem a little short or unfriendly with my responses to emails, please forgive me! I have a cast on the broken wrist – of my right/dominant hand and am not up to my usual typing agility and speed!

Go to our Registration Page and carefully read the instructions to make your registration go smoothly. I will be monitoring registrations and giving periodic updates as units are filling and waitlisting occurs. We are running camp at full capacity, but have no more room to expand our numbers — so don’t delay!

It’s confirmed and reserved! Conestoga Day Camp will be held in person next year at Camp Liberty June 13-17 with the overnight on Thursday, June 16th. 

There is also an increase in camp fees for next year as follows:

Camp registration: $75

Bus fee: $50

Overnight (going into grade 5 and above): $20

We have not increased our camp fees in over 15 years, but reduced capacity and rising costs made this a necessity. We still feel we have the best camp value around!

The Conestoga Day Camp Planning Committee and adult volunteers met to review the camper evaluations. We read every evaluation and implement suggestions, as we are able, to make camp the best that it can be! We also ask for theme ideas from the campers and adults. This year, Melody suggested, “Hike the Trail Less Traveled.” It was a unanimous decision to make that our theme for next year. Rainbow is working with Council on our dates, so watch for a posting soon on those. We are also switching to a new registration system that will allow better performance, partial payment (before cookie credit), and more flexible reporting.
